Our approach harnessed the power of community as a key differentiator. At its core, Homeworks understands that a home is more than a structure—it includes the shops, parks, streets, and people that surround any given house. Thoughtfully chronicling their city allows Homeworks to offer tremendous value to their clients while also organically developing brand awareness with key community members. We created an identity for them after distilling their ethos to four core tenets: Smart, Warm, Confident, and Direct. From these we developed a brand name, visual identity, voice & tone, and assortment of print and digital assets.
